heavy
manufacturing
capacity
and
equipment
located
in
the
US
states
of
North
Dakota,
Oklahoma,
and
Ontario,
Canada.
The
Ontario
transaction
completed
on
6
September.
Trinity
will
take
possession
of
the
property,
plant,
and
equipment
in
the
remaining
facilities
in
two
separate
closings
which
are
both
expected
to
occur
in
the
fourth
quarter.
The
plant
in
West
Fargo,
North
Dakota,
employs
216
workers
with
another
167
at
the
Tulsa,
Oklahoma,
facility.
