A$300m
($310m)
Stony
Gap
project
–
located
125km
north
of
Adelaide
–
were
thrown
out
by
the
Goyder
Regional
Council
last
week
on
health
concerns
relating
to
noise,
the
first
time
a
wind
farm
application
had
been
knocked
back
at
council
level
under
new
state
government
reforms.
TRUenergy,
which
is
owned
by
Hong
Kong-based
China
Light
&
Power
(CLP),
will
now
contest
the
ruling
at
the
South
Australian
Environment,
Resources
and
Development
Court.
