court
demanding

right
to
inspect
the
1.5MW
turbines,
which
the
developer
is
deploying
at
its
Barra
dos
Coqueiros
wind
farm
in
Sergipe.
AMSC
is
involved
in
a
complex,
international
legal
dispute
with
Sinovel
over
alleged
IP
theft,
and
says
it
wants
evidence
that
the
turbines
in
Brazil
do
not
contain
its
technology.
