application

Marine
Scotland
for
Neart
na
Gaoithe,
which
it
wants
to
occupy
a
105
sq
km
site
located
15km
off
the
Fife
coast
at
its
closest
point.
The
application
is
for
a
development
of
between
64
and
125
turbines
in
water
depths
of
between
45
and
55
metres.
It
is
now
open
to
consultation
until
10
September,
and
marks
a
“significant
step”
towards
construction
in
2015
and
full
operations
by
the
end
of
2016,
according
to
MRP.
