that

not
infringe
an
MHI
patent
relating
to
blade
pitch
control.
The
decision
by
a
district
judge
was
in
response
to
action
first
brought
by
the
Japanese
company
in
2010.

disappointed
in
the
Court's
decision
and
are
considering
available
options,
including
appeal,"
