rushing

complete
projects
to
take
advantage
of
the
federal
production
tax
credit
(PTC)
before
it
expires
on
31
December.

expect
total
installations
this
year
of
10GW-12GW
—
up
from
6.81GW
in
2011
and
5.21GW
in
2010.
Nordex
was
the
exception,
pegging
minimum
shipments
at
9GW.
The
US
record,

was
set
