federal
production
tax
credit
(PTC)
before
it
expires
on
31
December.

expect
total
installations
this
year
of
10GW-12GW
—
up
from
6.81GW
in
2011
and
5.21GW
in
2010.
Nordex

exception,
pegging
minimum
shipments
at
