aspects:
market
diversity,
different
stages
of
market
readiness,
the
cultures
and
the
business
models
vary
greatly
from
country
to
country,”

as
well
as
the
challenges,
the
opportunities
for
wind
development
in
the
region
are
enormous,
Sutton
