has
submitted
a
robust
defence
against
a
claim
from
Fluor
of
£300m
($382m)
for
time
and
costs
alleged
to
have
been
incurred
carrying
out
additional
testing
and
repairs
of
welds
on
foundations
at
the
behest
of
the
developers.
“A
formal
arbitration
process
will
resolve
the
dispute
in
due
course,”
SSE
says.
