Nordex
will
supply
22
of
its
N90/2500
and
N80/2500
machines
for
projects
being
developed
by
Infinis,
the
UK-based
renewable
energy
group.
The
orders
include
five
N80
turbines
for
the
Gordonstown
Hill
and
Westfield
wind
farms
in
Scotland,
along
with
deliveries
to
various
projects
in
England.
All
the
turbines
are
due
to
be
operational
by
March
2013
at
the
latest,
says
Nordex.
The
German
manufacturer
says
the
latest
orders
mean
it
is
on
course
to
surpass
1GW
of
capacity
in
the
UK
and
Ireland.
