be
submitted

the
first
giant
Round
3
projects,
den
Rooijen
has
few
doubts
about
the
future.

need
to
get
used
to
things
that
are
new
and
unfamiliar
—
like
the
first
microwave
oven.

think
offshore
wind
will
become
mundane,”
he
