results
were
announced
utility
giant
EDF
was
telling
people
it,
along
with
partner
Alstom,
had
won
the
lion’s
share
of
the
five
areas
on
offer
—
based
on
regulator
CRE’s
confidential
recommendations.

hurriedly

not
mean
carelessly.
