cable
to
connect
Belwind
2
and
Northwind,
and
another
43km
that
will
flow
the
381MW
of
electricity
produced
at
both
projects
to
an
Elia-owned
connection
station
at
Zeebrugge.
Both
Belwind
2
and
Northwind
(formerly
known
as
Eldepasco)
are
backed
by
Belgium
supermarket
Colruyt,
while
development
work
at
both
projects
is
being
spearheaded
by
Frank
Coenen
–
who
has
already
led
development
of
the
165MW
Belwind
1.
