Baruel
Poulsen,
one
of
the
chief
architects
of
DONG’s
world’s
leading
offshore
wind
programme,
who
was
allegedly
offered
a
bonus
of
more
than
DKr20m
($3.59m)
if
he
remained
with
the
company
thorough
the
spring
of
2013.
Defending
himself
in
the
Danish
press,
Eldrup
claims
that
in
actuality
Poulsen
was
offered
less
than
half
that
amount,
adding
that
it
was
“crucial”
that
he
be
persuaded
to
remain
with
the
company.
But
Eldrup's
alleged
misdeeds
go
deeper
than
any
single
employee
or
offer.
