–
with
Bermingham
Foundation
Solutions
(BFS),
Walters
Group,
McKeil
Marine
and
the
Hamilton
Port
Authority
(HPA)
–
follows
a
turbine
supply
agreement
Windstream
signed
with
Siemens
earlier
this
month.
The
new
agreements
add
to
the
project’s
momentum
and
pile
further
pressure
on
Ontario’s
provincial
government
to
lift
a
moratorium
on
offshore
development
it
imposed
in
early
2011.

which
holds

only
offshore
wind-power
feed-in-tariff
contract
in
Ontario,
