Zephyr
500kV
high-voltage
direct
current
line
will

from
the
Chugwater
region

Wyoming
to
California
and
several

regions
in
the
southwestern
US.

line,

will
cost
an
estimated
$3.5bn,

interconnect
with
the
southwestern
power
grid
near
Las
Vegas,
