purchase

half-share
from
Macquarie
Capital
Group
for
an
undisclosed
sum

Japanese
group
will
co-own
the
Walney
1
cable
with
Barclays
Infrastructure
Funds
Management
(BIFM),
which
holds
the
other
50%.

cable
connects
the
184MW
Walney

wind
project
with
the
coast
at
Lancaster,
northwest
England.
Mitsubishi
and
BIFM
have
a
licence
from
the
UK
regulator
to
operate

link
