super
compact
drive
(SCD)
hybrid
turbines
to
the
demonstration
project
being
built
by
Yudean
Group.

eastern
coastal
areas
of
Xinliao
Island,
off
the
port
city
of
Zhanjiang,
at
the
southwestern
tip
of
Guangdong.

the

resources
and
site
selection
are
already
