price

fixed
at
$0.11/kWh.
Contracts
will
be
for
15-year
terms
and
must
come
on
line
by
the
end
of
2013.
Results
are
expected
to
be
announced
by
Etesa
within
two
weeks.

have
already
obtained
an
operational
licence
from
the
national
public
services
