Atlantic,

the
site
on
Virginia’s
Eastern
Shore
to
begin
operation
in
fourth
quarter
2012
or
the
first
quarter
of
2013,

He
says
there
is
a
global
need
for
such
facilities
with
manufacturers
determined
to
push
the
envelope
on
size
of
wind
turbines
for
offshore
applications.
The
site
will
be
able
to
position
8
to
10
turbines
for
testing
at
once
up
to
50MW
combined
capacity.
It
will
have
capability
to
test
units
up
to
8MW
with
750-feet
