two

its
shareholders
–
renewables
developer
Electrawinds
and
offshore
contractor
Depret
–
exited
the
project
amid
concerns
about
its
cost.
The
remaining
two
original
stakeholders,
Belgian
discount
supermarket
chain
Colruyt
and
renewables
developer
Aspiravi,
purchased
their
stakes,
and
now
own
66.7%
and
33.3%
of
the
project
respectively.
Eldepasco
is
slated
to
become
Belgium’s
third
offshore
wind
farm,
behind
the
first
phases
of
Thornton
Bank
and
Belwind.
Colruyt
and
Aspiravi
say
they
are
in
“final
contract
negotiations”
with
Vestas
regarding
