important

jobs

chicken-and-egg
situation.

market
is
not
as
robust
as
it
has
been
in
prior

being
closely
analysed,

until
we
see
a
general
pick-up
in
the
market,
I
think
it
will
be
some
time
before
Goldwind
brings
manufacturing
