SERL
has
interests
in
three
development

Energias
will
purchase
the
80.13%
of
SERL
held
by
SeaEnergy,
its
current
parent
group,
and
the
remaining
shares
held
by
SERL’s
management.
Repsol
simultaneously
has
formed
a
consortium
with
Portuguese
renewables
giant
EDPR
to
develop
a
total
of
2.4GW
of
offshore
wind
through
the
Moray
Firth
UK
Round
3
project
and
Inch
Cape,
