Nordex,
which
also
announced
sales
growth
for
the
first
quarter
of
2011,
will
deliver
60
2.5MW
turbines
to
the
Blaiken
wind
farm
for
Swedish
energy
group
Skellefteå
Kraft
and
Finnish
utility
Fortum.
The
two
companies
placed
a
firm
order
for
N100/2500
turbines
equipped
with
Nordex’s
new
anti-icing
system
for
Blaiken,
which
is
expected
to
have
a
final
capacity
of
250MW.
Nordex
claims
the
development
of
the
anti-icing
system
was
a
key
factor
in
winning
the
order.
