Energy
Development
Corporation
(LEEDCo)
and
its
partner
Freshwater
Wind
the
exclusive
right
for
up
to
four
years
to
apply
for,
and
negotiate,
a
final
lease
for
5,707
acres
(23sq
km)
in
Lake
Erie
at
a
site
approximately
seven
miles
(11.2km)
northwest
of
Cleveland.
