hold
pending

infringement
suits

separate
courts.

prevails

infringement
actions,
then
Mitsubishi’s
claims
in
this
action
will
be
moot
because
GE
will
have
the
right
to
exclude
Mitsubishi
from
the
market,”
Holmes
writes
in

Americas,
sued

in

alleging
