complete,

scheme
will

world's
largest,

(GW)
offshore
wind
farm.
The
announcement
comes
after
the
UK
Government
agreed
to
increase
its
support
for
offshore
wind
power
to
two
renewable
energy
certificates
(ROCs)
in
its
recent
budget.
