BPU
qualification

for

subsidy
programme
that
will
incentivize
1.1GW
of
offshore
wind
energy
by
2020.

will
award
offshore
wind
renewable
energy
certificates
(ORECs)
to
operators
of
wind
farms
on
a
megawatt-hour
production
basis.
