Ralls,
which
is
owned
by
two
executives
of
Chinese
equipment
maker
Sany
Group,
has
a
right
to
a
hearing
to
decide
whether
the
US
government
must
explain
its
action,
according
to
reports
on
the
Washington
federal
district
court’s
ruling.
The
court
cannot,
however,
overturn
the
President's
order.
According
to
the
China
Daily
newspaper,
the
judge
ruled
that
presidential
orders
are
not
subject
to
judicial
review,
but
"courts
can
hold
hearings
on
whether
the
government
deprived
Ralls
of
its
property
without
due
process
of
law".
Obama
ruled
last
year
that
the
four
10MW
wind
farms
