PTC
extension,

purposely
made
sure
that
in
the
wording
was
that
instead
of
having
to
be
connected
to
the
grid,
they
have
to
begin
construction
by
the
end
of
2013.
So
they
have
up
to
2.5
years
to
finish
the
construction
and
still
be
able
to
take
up
the
PTC,”

it
