Marubeni did not disclose the terms of the deal, but said EDF Renewable Energy will retain a 10% stake in the project.

Tokyo-based Marubeni – which is leading the Fukushima Forward offshore floating wind demonstration project in Japan – currently owns roughly 10.4GW
