The plant will be located in the townof Gauíba in the southern Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul.
“Initially wewill supply local demand here in the south, but later we will supply otherregions from here,” Fernandez said.
Engebasa currently holds a 35% share ofBrazil's wind tower market from its production facilities in the stateof São Paulo and in the northeast.
