Gamesa will supply turbines to the plants, as well as handling developmentand construction.
The projects are in Mexico’s wind-rich Oaxaca region and will bedeveloped over the next three years, said Gamesa.
They will be developed under Mexico’s “Open Season 2” framework,with Santander contributing its 200MW El Sauzal project to the arrangement.
