Financial terms of the deals were not made public. State-owned GRDA is a wholesale electricity generator and supplier.
They cover the 136MW Mustang Run project in Osage County and 98MW Breckinridge project near Enid. TradeWind, based in Lenexa, Kansas, estimates the project will provide power for about 65,000 homes.
“The addition of these wind projects will help bring the diversity we need,” GRDA chief executive Dan Sullivan said.
