The Department of Commerce ruled last year that wind towersfrom both countries were being dumped in the US at below-market prices and thatChinese towers were unfairly subsidised.
The ITC, an agency that advises on trade policy, concludedon Friday that the US industry is “materially injured or threatened withmaterial injury” by those imports, a condition necessary to the Department ofCommerce implementing its final anti-dumping and anti-subsidy tariffs.
