EGP subsidiary Inelec secured the finance from Banco Bilbao VizcayaArgentaria Bancomer (BBVA).
Thecompany says the funds will partly cover planned investments in the Mexicanstate of Oaxaca.
EGPcurrently has almost 200MW of capacity in the state, including wind and hydroinstallations.
