AMSC said revenue for the April-June period was $23.1m. That was 13% up on the $20.4m it booked in the final quarter of 2012 – "driven by higher revenues from the company's wind segment" – but down on $28.7m at the same stage last year.
AMSC’s net loss for the first quarter was $10.5m, down from $19.8m quarter-on-quarter and largely flat with the same period last year.
