The deal for the V110-2.0 MW turbines is part of a 1.5GW master supply agreement with the Portuguese developer that was first announced in 2010.
The turbines will be delivered and commissioned in 2014 and 2015. The wind farms they are destined for have not been disclosed.
Earlier this week Vestas indicated that it expected to see significant US orders when it announced the reversal of its decision to sell its wind tower plant in Colorado.
