Pattern, an independent power producer, is a joint venture owner of El Arrayán with a net ownership interest of 31.5%, or 36MW. Its partner is AEI El Arrayán Chile, a subsidiary of AEI Energy. Antofagasta Minerals, the off-taker, owns 30% of the project.
El Arrayan, which will be the largest wind project in Chile, is expected to be operational in June of 2014.
Pattern has a portfolio of eight wind power projects with a total owned capacity of 1,041MW.
