Iberdrola Renewables wants to construct the plant using 23 turbines in Danbury and Alexandria.
The wind farm, called Wild Meadows, would be the company’s third in New Hampshire if it proceeds.
Iberdrola expects the state’s Site Evaluation Committee to spend about a year reviewing the application.
