The deal, which includes 55 of the Danish turbine maker’s V100-2.0MW machines, comes with a five-year Active Output Management 4000 service agreement.
At the customer’s request, neither the buyer nor the project name were revealed.
After delivering the turbines in late 2014, Vestas intends to commission them in early 2015.
