The contract will see the Danish group deliver 13 V112-3.0MW machines to the plant, with delivery from the third quarter of next year andcommissioning in early 2015.
The 39MW ordered by developer Vengano will add tothe 50MW initially installed at Carape.
The deal includes a 17-year service agreement.
The fully-powered Carape will provide electricityto some 400,000 Uruguayans.
