Fast-growing grid-scale solar developer Origis Energy has named Vikas Anand as CEO, formerly boss of GE Renewable Energy’s Americas onshore wind business where he played a key role in restoring GE as the number one turbine vendor in the US.
He succeeds company founder Guy Vanderhaegan, who moves into the new role as executive chairman. Both leadership changes are effective immediately.
