Wobben Properties, which manages Enercon's patents, is suing its German compatriot over claimed infringements of its intellectual property (IP) in Siemens' High Wind Ride Through (HWRT) system used on its offshore turbines – including the flagship 6MW machine making its debut in UK waters.
