The trio will form a joint venture company called SBG Cleantech as a “harbinger of solar and wind energy” in India’s fast-growing renewables sector.
The new Delhi-based business plans to take part in 2015/16 tenders under India’s National Solar Mission as well as pursuing state-specific opportunities, said a statement. No capacity development targets or schedules are given for the new venture.
