GE Energy Financial Services (EFS), a major investor in renewables globally, will be one of only three GE Capital units retained, and is set to emerge from the upheaval with a strengthened hand. That’s good news for GE’s wind-turbine business, and great news for renewables generally.

EFS invests in energy projects and companies around the world, offering clients both debt and equity, including project finance and tax equity.
