We spoke during the annual Polish Wind Energy Association conference in Warsaw, against the backdrop of draft legislation to introduce a minimum distance rule that threatens to kill off most new wind developments in Poland, and the latest version of a draft to reform German renewables legislation that could substantially reduce annual wind installations in Europe’s largest market.
