Speaking at the Holmenkollen event yesterday, Ewing noted the many commonalities between Norway, which he called “one of the most successful countries in the world”, and Scotland, both of which hold “astounding potential” for renewables.
Ewing also flagged up the future importance of floating offshore wind for both countries.
