Danbor, established in the wind sector for 40 years, has contracts covering offshore and onshore, said NorSea.
Esbjerg – where Danbor is based – is “a focal point of the European wind turbine industry”, it added.
The acquisition will give NorSea a significant presence in Denmark as well as enhancing its presence in the UK, said a statement.
