The German manufacturer will deliver seven of the machines to the Lazenay project planned by VSB Energies Nouvelles in the low wind-speed French interior department of Cher.
Work on the project is due to start in the second half of this year, with completion in early 2015.
The deal includes a 15-year service agreement.
Nordex and VSB will work together on more projects over the next few months, said the German manufacturer.
