Malmö-based HS Kraft is a specialist in the planning, development, construction and operation of wind energy plants in Scandinavia.
“The purchase of a majority stake in HS Kraft for BayWa means the exploring of further potential in the European renewables market,” says BayWa chief executive Matthias Taft.
